I found the apartment to be in a great location, conveniently close to a fantastic shopping center. It was reasonably equipped for our needs, making our stay quite comfortable. I encountered a few issues that slightly hindered my experience. The neighborhood was lively, but that led to some noise disturbances at night, impacting my family’s rest.

During our Xmas stay, we enjoyed the spacious and practical rooms with easy access to restaurants and a shopping center. the ground floor location allowed the use of the washing machine and dryer with no trouble. We appreciated the two complementary bottles of water and the coffee pack that accompanied the minimalistic but comfortable kitchen.

The overall experience was not as satisfying as we hoped. the lack of knives, forks, cooking utensils, and blankets combined with dirty fridges and a bin lid left a very bad taste in our mouths.

Convenient location near shops and restaurants, helpful phone staff, nice downstairs cleaning, ideal for families with kids.

The apartments were conveniently located near a hospital which was handy during our stay. We also appreciated the free parking which saved us some hassle. The apartment was quite spacious compared to other places we have stayed at in the past which was a plus.

We were transferred to a different apartment without prior notice. The instructions were a bit unclear and we had trouble finding our way around.
